Our Team
When you place your child in our care, you can feel confident knowing they’re in safe, nurturing hands. Our educators genuinely care about each child’s well-being, happiness, and development—and they put your child first in everything they do.
We’ve chosen our team not just for their experience and qualifications, but for their warm, caring nature and their commitment to high-quality early childhood education. Many of our team members have been with us for years, and we do our best to create a stable, supportive environment for both staff and families.
All our educators are qualified in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis management, and have passed the Queensland Blue Card “Working With Children” check. They also follow a professional Code of Ethics and are passionate advocates for the lifelong impact of early learning.
To stay current, our team regularly attends training and connects with professional bodies in the early childhood sector.
The Centre is led by Brooke Williams, a highly experienced early childhood professional who has been with us for many years. Our family-owned Centre is operated by Stephen and Jennie Kemp, who bring over 28 years of experience in childcare. Stephen holds a PhD in Ethics from the University of Queensland, and Jennie has a background in Medical Science from QUT and is a qualified Food Safety Supervisor.
We’re proud of the strong, experienced team we’ve built and the trusting relationships we share with our families.
